When it spots something (a claim underpaid, a denial gone stale, a surprise charge, or a question you asked), it tells you by text, email, or here on the dashboard. You stay fully in control; nothing happens without you. It never touches patient information and never touches Brighter Days.
Update Info
Add or change practice and account details anytime — the helper uses these. Everything saves as you type. For account logins, use the secure fields on the Setup tab.
Files
Upload documents the helper should have — fee schedules, contracts, EOBs, statements.
